Welcome to Club Corvette. Club Corvette is a service of Stingray Designs, LLC. The site can be accessed at the following two URLs: www.corvetteguide.com and www.clubcorvette.com. This user agreement covers all pages and practices associated with Club Corvette and its two Internet URLs. By using this service, you agree to abide by the terms of this User Agreement.

Assignment: For the remainder of this document, the abbreviation "CC" will be used in place of "Club Corvette". Any reference to CC will imply association with Club Corvette and the above two URLs.

1. General Provisions

The content displayed on CC is for information only. We make every effort to provide accurate and timely information. However, from time to time errors may be displayed on the CC web site. CC is not responsible for and does not warranty any goods or services that may appear on our site from third party vendors.

We encourage our users to bring to our attention any material they believe to be inaccurate. Please forward a copy of the material to info@clubcorvette.com with an explanation of the error.

If an owner of intellectual property believes that their ntellectual property has been improperly posted or distributed via this website, please notify info@clubcorvette.com.  

CC reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement from time to time. By continuing to use this service following such changes, you agree to be bound by this agreement, as modified. CC may change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue this service, or any portion of this service, at any time.

2. Vendors, Advertisers & Affiliates

Please thoroughly investigate each product or service offered by vendors, advertisers and affiliates of CC. Product information can change quickly and may not be accurate at all times. We strive to offer useful product information from reputable vendors whose products and services are of the highest quality. However, we cannot guarantee, warranty or be responsible for the performance of any product or service offered by our vendors, advertisers and affiliates.

3. Classified Ads

CC provides online Corvette classifieds to both private sellers and dealers. All information listed in our classifieds database is provided by the seller. Thus, we will not be responsible for any misleading or inaccurate information displayed on their behalf. The terms of any sale will be determined by the individual negotiations between a potential buyer and seller. The price listed in our database may not reflect all applicable taxes, fees, shipping, etc. Please confirm all costs and inspect all merchandise prior to making your purchasing decision.

4. Buyer Agreement

By using the CC classifieds to search for a vehicle or parts, you agree that CC cannot be held responsible for the information provided by the seller or for the product upon delivery. You are responsible for protecting your own interests throughout the entire process. It is highly advised to personally inspect each item or hire a professional inspector before making any purchase. Realize that an inspection does not imply that a warranty exists.

As a service to our visitors, CC provides a variety of links to third party web sites with information, products or services relating to the Corvette and a variety of other non-related products and services. By using the CC web site to facilitate online or offline purchases, you agree that CC is not responsible for, nor does it guarantee the quality or performance of these items. As well, you release CC and its affiliates from any damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against them, arising from your purchase or use of such third-party supplied products and services.

5. Seller Agreement

Users of the CC site who offer vehicles or parts, or other products and services, for sale via the CC web site imply that the following conditions have been met and that they have read, understand and agree to comply with the entire contents of this User Agreement.

• Sellers are prepared to sell the product(s) they advertise at the prices and terms listed by them. 
• Sellers have possession of the actual vehicle, part, product or service listed and have the ability to transfer title or ownership.
• Sellers agree to provide accurate contact information that allows potential buyers to contact directly with the seller.
• Sellers agree that they are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings placed on the CC web site.
• Sellers understand that CC may perform quality assurance tests to confirm a seller's willingness to offer advertised products under the terms listed within their ad. Sellers found engaging in unfair or deceptive practices will be denied access to our service immediately.

CC reserves the right to deny use of this service to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses the service in a manner we consider inappropriate.

To obtain access to certain CC services, you will be given an opportunity to register with CC. As part of the registration process, you will select a user name and a password. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not do any of the following.

• Register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person
• Adopt a user name that CC, in its sole discretion, deems offensive.

You will be responsible for the security of your password and will notify CC at info@clubcorvette.com of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account.

10. Miscellaneous

This User Agreement has been made in, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of Oklahoma. By using this site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Wagoner County, Oklahoma in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of this web site.
